Alakuko Hospital Clinic March Updates

We are so grateful to all of our sponsors who donated toward last month’s matching campaign. Together, we raised the $32,000 needed to complete the construction of the Alakuko Hospital Clinic building and only need $10,000 more to purchase an electric generator to supply the hospital with power. Sadly, the public supply of electricity in Nigeria is less than 10% of what is needed for a functioning hospital. If you would like to make a major donation in memory of a loved one, please let us know and we will name a ward or operating room in honor of that person. We are now waiting on official government licensing and have set the official hospital commissioning date for May 2022.
