Small Business Grant & Loan Program
Life Builders is currently sponsoring 21 small businesses based in Nigeria ranging from construction to cosmetology. This project, called 'Living Spring Microfinance Project', offers small business owners and entrepreneurs publicity and financial support and provides Sponsored Orphan Program graduates with job opportunities within the community. life builders academy & boarding school
All students and sponsored orphans have resumed classes this past month. The school now serves 284 students from elementary through high school. Following the latest Parent Teachers Association (PTA) meeting in January, new executives were elected and several new students enrolled at Life Builders Academy. The number of boarding students has increased from 21 to 36 in just one year. Of those living on campus, 80% of the boarding students are part of the Sponsored Orphan Program and rely on the boarding school for living quarters and meals. The cost of feeding these students has increased by 300% since January 2021 due to the national inflation in Nigeria. Please consider donating toward the Boarding School Project to help provide meals.
life builders hospital and alakuko clinic
Life Builders Hospital in Igbusi, Nigeria has continued to save lives within our community. Our new clinic is nearing completion and construction on the generator and gate house began last month. We still need to raise an additional $30,000 USD to complete this project and provide furnishings and updated medical equipment. Due to the increase in inflation, it is prudent that we purchase these items as soon as possible so that we will not have to delay this project further. Please consider donating to the Alakuko Hospital Clinic and help us make a difference in local communities. Our current goal is to commission the new building by April this year.
